Crossing the desert between Arizona and New Mexico today I witnessed a strange thing. The clouds overhead were traveling in the same direction that I was, and at close to the same speed. So their shadows were traveling down the highway much like another car. Sometimes I'd pass one, then awhile later it would pass me...It made me laugh out loud.
